New idea or client proposal
Only Celina or Sohan can log a client proposal — they're the ones talking to clients.
Client proposals are logged on the client's behalf and go to Celina to review first.
Your role doesn't have permission to submit new ideas — set to "Create only" or higher for Ideas in Admin > Roles & Access to change that.
